Our years of experience working with local clients, constant active market research and access to proprietary property market reports means we can provide you with an accurate and realistic valuation of your property, enabling you to realise the desired outcome. Advice on the best way to present the property can also be provided along with suggestions on the best time to begin marketing. For all sales instructions, we will provide professional photographs and a floor plan to enable us to create an effective marketing strategy which will maximise awareness and result in more viewing requests. Our agents will always accompany potential purchasers on viewings unless otherwise notified and provide feedback in a timely manner. Once an offer has been accepted, we will then guide you through the entire process and be the key liaison between yourself, the purchaser and both parties’ solicitors in order to progress the sale through to satisfactory completion in the agreed timescales.
