What is a short let?
A short let is a property which can be let from four weeks to six months (less one day) subject to local authority/development permission.
What is included in a short let?
Most of our short let properties will be available fully furnished and inclusive of all utility bills (excluding telecommunication services).
Is there anything I need to arrange?
If you require telephone, internet or satellite/cable television you will need to set this up prior to the commencement of your tenancy, provided you have consent from the landlord.
How do I secure a short let property through Lourdes Estate Agents?
Once you have identified a suitable short term let property and your offer is accepted, you will then need to provide Lourdes with the following:

Proof of identification such as a current passport or driving license. |

Payment of move in monies which must be cleared funds prior to the move in date. The funds required are: |

The full agreed rental paid in advance. |

Six weeks security deposit. |

Administration fee of £200 + VAT. |

Both you and the landlord will then need to sign a Tenancy Agreement. |
